Blessed with Another Year in Business

Family, Friends, Colleagues & Clients,

I write this to all of you with an overwhelming sense of joy, humility, and appreciation to say, "Thank you," for the many years of support you've given to me and DelPhi.  While 20% of small businesses close their doors after only the first year, 30% close after the second, and more than half fail inside five years of operating, we've somehow managed to make it to our 11-year milestone.  None of this could have ever been possible without the amazing network of individuals, couples, and businesses alike... in short, YOU.  You've all, in your own way, helped to build DelPhi, hold it up through the lows, and share in the celebrations of its highs.  I'm still flying by the seat of my pants and I've been learning as I go, mainly with the guidance from many of you.  As my Pop has always said, "Go to those who know what they're doing."

I will say starting a business and becoming an entreprenuer was certainly not my dream; however, I've embraced it and I couldn't imagine doing anything else.  I first learned that a brand should mean something to you, personally, which makes your products and services much easier to sell, market, and promote.  Some of you know and some of you may not, but DelPhi's meaning is not some extravegent representation or comparison to the Temple of Apollo and the Greek's center of the world, which was home to a lengendary Oracle (although, that is pretty cool).  It's, rather, much simpler.  DelPhi actually stands for Delaware (my home) and Philly (my love).  Much like the simplicity and personal meaning yet stength in our brand, our purpose has also been and remains just as straightforward and focused:  To simplify the success of your Web presence.  That said, from our developers and programmers, our designers and vendors, to our mentors and partners, I hope that DelPhi has, in some small way, provided you with assistance to help your brand grow and your message be heard.

While I could certainly name many of you individually who have given during a time of need, you know who you are and I hope you take a moment to smile and reflect knowing you've helped a son, a brother, a friend, a loved one, and a small business succeed.  I too will continue to ensure that DelPhi sponsors, supports, and assists all of you as we navigate through this thing called life together.

May you all be blessed with good health and prosperity throughout the years to come.

Sincerely and Respectfully,

Brent R. Seyler
